Below are links to our parent organisations which provide valuable resources on the Buddha's teachings and how & why we meditate.
We train with the Rinzai Zen Centre in London which has two training temples. Shobo-an in London and Fairlight in Luton. The Zen Centre offers a structured training programme including introductory classes and resources.
The Buddhist Society and the Rinzai Zen Centre, were both founded by Christmas Humphreys in the 1920's
This site offers classes, resources and material for beginners and the more experienced.
Co-founded by Martin Goodson senior teacher of the Zen Centre offering resources, talks and videos for the practice of Zen Buddhism.
